Platinum Support Program
- Telephone support provided 9AM - 9PM Eastern time Monday-Friday
- Priority 1 issues will be responded to within 1 hour
- Separate priority phone queue for Platinum customers
- After hours, weekend, or holiday support available by pager services with a response time of three hours or less
- On-site support for a total of up to 2 on-site days per year
- On-site support provided within 24 hours or within a mutually agreed upon timeframe
- Major releases, minor releases, and patch releases provided at no additional charge
Gold Support Program
- Telephone support provided 9AM - 9PM Eastern time Monday-Friday
- Priority 1 issues will be responded to within 1 hour
- On-site support for a total of up to 2 on-site days per year
- On-site support provided within 48 hours or within a mutually agreed upon timeframe
- Patch releases provided at no additional charge
