Whether you require 24/7 support or on-site visits, our support packages offer you the best in software and networking support.

Platinum Support Program

  • Telephone support provided 9AM - 9PM Eastern time Monday-Friday
  • Priority 1 issues will be responded to within 1 hour
  • Separate priority phone queue for Platinum customers
  • After hours, weekend, or holiday support available by pager services with a response time of three hours or less
  • On-site support for a total of up to 2 on-site days per year
  • On-site support provided within 24 hours or within a mutually agreed upon timeframe
  • Major releases, minor releases, and patch releases provided at no additional charge

Gold Support Program

  • Telephone support provided 9AM - 9PM Eastern time Monday-Friday
  • Priority 1 issues will be responded to within 1 hour
  • On-site support for a total of up to 2 on-site days per year
  • On-site support provided within 48 hours or within a mutually agreed upon timeframe
  • Patch releases provided at no additional charge
